On June 1, 2012, Nestle’s Juicy Juice brand launched the Fruit For All campaign, which is expected to bring in 35 million pieces of fruit to the Feeding America network in 2012 (Nestle will donate the monetary equivalent of 35 million pieces of fruit to the Feeding America Produce Program).
Through August 31, one piece of fruit will be provided to hungry kids and their families each time JUICY JUICE is purchased. The Fruit for All Project complements Nestle USA’s ongoing commitment to fighting hunger in partnership with Feeding America. Since 1990, Nestle has donated more than 250 million pounds of food and beverages, including Juicy Juice, to regional food banks nationwide.
Juicy Juice pledges to provide up to 35 million pieces of fruit for children and families in need, contributing more than 40 percent of Feeding America’s fruit goal for the 2012 National Produce Program.
