On Tuesday, May 6, we need to log on to http://www.communitygive.org and donate to the Fredericksburg Area Food Bank.
How can you help? Encourage 3 friends along with yourself to donate to the Fredericksburg Area Food Bank. You can donate any amount but gifts of $25 or more from different credit cards count as a unique gift. Certain prizes will be awarded based on the number of unique gifts of $25 or more.

Robert Cullen O’Neill “Midnight Shift” Prizes
Four Midnight Shift prizes of $2,500 each will be awarded to the nonprofits that receive the highest number of unique gifts of $25 or more between 12:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m.
6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.
The “The Crack of Dawn” Prizes
Four Crack of Dawn prizes of $2,500 each will be awarded to the nonprofits that receive the highest number of unique gifts of $25 or more between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.
9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.
The Union First Market Bank “Home Stretch” Prizes
four prizes of $2,500 each will be awarded to the nonprofits that receive the highest number of unique gifts of $25 or more between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.
This year’s Legal Food Frenzy was a big success!
Legal community doing their part to end hunger by providing 10,600 meals to the hungry
This year we had 7 teams compete in the Fredericksburg area working together to end hunger and here is how the top 3 teams did:
- Allen, Allen, Allen & Allen – Winner for the Fredericksburg region- with cash donations of $1,822 and food donations of 310 pounds will provide 5,700 meals to the hungry.
- Hirschler Fleischer with cash donations of $1055 and food donations of 3 pounds will provide 3,167 meals
- Parrish, Houck & Snead with cash donations of $421 and food donations of 7 pounds will provide 1,268 meals.
