Hunger’s Hope Has Been Cancelled

With so many struggling and all of the uncertainty affecting our community the Fredericksburg Area Food Bank’s Hunger’s Hope Together We Can Event scheduled for Friday, October 18, at the Fredericksburg Country Club has been cancelled. We thank all of you who donated, sponsored and volunteered to help at the event.

For those who have purchased tickets to this years Hunger’s Hope please contact Jennifer Adams at (540) 371-7666 x137 or at jada@feedingamerica.org to receive a full refund for your ticket or if you wish to change your ticket purchase into a tax-deductible donation.

Hunger’s Hope Denim & Diamonds

It’s time to grab those boots, find your comfy jeans and join us for this year’s Hunger’s Hope Denim & Diamonds Event.

On Saturday, October 29, from 6:00 – 10:00 pm the Fredericksburg Area Food Bank Board of Directors, staff, supporters and volunteers invite you to join us as we celebrate. This year’s Hunger’s Hope Denim & Diamonds Event will take place at the campus of UMW in Seacobeck Hall and will feature line dancing, a silent auction, a delicious BBQ buffet dinner and highlights from this year’s activities made possible through your generous donations of time, effort and funding.

Location:
Seacobeck Hall is along College Avenue opposite Seacobeck Street. From Campus Walk, take the brick walk from Palmieri Plaza, opposite Monroe Hall. This walk leads across a bridge, through the trees, and up a brick staircase that leads to the Seacobeck entrance.
